Meet the Team
Russ Rehm
Founder
Our founder, Russ Rehm, has been doing residential and commercial construction for more than 29 years. Before that, he was a pastor. Before that, Russ was an officer and engineer in the Merchant Marine. Russ is also a professional marriage counselor with over 25 years of experience.
Through their counseling ministry called Christian Marriage Coaching, Russ and Mary Ann conduct weekend marriage retreats. Russ has a large set of talents. He is a good designer, planner, and builder. He is honest, hard-working, easy to relate to, and a good communicator.
Nick Boyko
Nick Boyko is originally from Belarus. There he was a farmer, truck driver, and builder. Nick is a devoted father of a large family. He is gifted in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and is a prodigious worker. Honest, trustworthy, and righteous, Nick is a delight to be around.
Paul Leus
Paul Leus comes from Ukraine and is also a devoted father. On the job, Paul is worth two of anybody else. He is incredibly productive. Paul is highly skilled with sheetrock, flooring, painting, and roofing. Tall and agile, Paul is blessed with the perfect body for doing this type of work.
Timm Forthum
Smart, motivated, extremely hard-working, very relational, excellent communicator, huge desire to serve and please, totally trustworthy, practicing Christian, conscientious, excellent craftsman — in our business, having the right people is everything. I thank God for Timm, all the time.
Matthew
A meticulous, detail-oriented craftsman, Matthew’s education in the computer industry is now our great gain. A high-quality person in every area of life, we are thrilled to have a young man of Matthew’s stature on our Doulos Team.
Vlad Leus
Vlad is Paul’s oldest son, and like his father, Vlad is an amazing producer. He just gets things done! Lots of things! Vlad has a great future in the trades, and we are thrilled to have him on our Doulos Team.
Phillip Addicks
Phillip comes to us having spent numerous years in China, where he taught English. Personable, smart, capable, mature, a quiet leader — in every way Phillip is an asset to our company and to the work we do! Thank you, Phillip!
Ethan Mendiola
Ethan “gets it!” He is smart, a quick learner, articulate, and intense. With a heart for God, he nurtures teens; but he is also a fine craftsman. Off to a great start, Ethan is intent to pour his life out building homes and building hearts!
